Short introduction to voyage trough Penkin's painting

His favourite techniques are oil painting, xylography (woodcuts) and watercolour paintings.
Penkin is also a specialised in medieval fresco copying and posses a great knowledge of medieval European fresco paintings. In his surrealistic - abstract paintings he often applies the same colours that medieval artists used for their fresco (wall) paintings in churches. This makes his work even more unique.
